Terms and Conditions
Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By making a booking, you are deemed to have read and accepted our Booking Terms, as well as these conditions on behalf of all members of your group. These terms and conditions may change at any time, and it is your responsibility to check regularly for updates. These terms and conditions constitute an agreement with the Provider. By accessing the website, you accept these terms and conditions.
Pricing
The cruise experience on Sweetness Cruise is priced in Vietnamese Dong, depending on the daily rate. The prices for day trips, including day and evening journeys, are usually calculated per person.
Admission Fees and Sightseeing
Regarding port fees and Halong Bay entrance fees, we only collect and remit these costs on behalf of passengers. We are not responsible for any additional service fees that may arise. If any entrance or sightseeing fees increase due to regulations by local authorities or ports, we will notify all passengers of the mandatory surcharge.
Payment
Payment must be made 100% in advance of the service date. Payment methods include bank transfer or direct payment at the Sweetness Cruise office.
– Hanoi Office: 73 Ly Nam De, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi.
Once your booking is complete, a payment confirmation will be sent via email or phone, or within 24 hours, we will contact you once we receive your booking information. If payment is not received, we will cancel the reservation. Please contact us to receive transaction results and booking confirmation.
Note: Failure to attend the trip at the scheduled time will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded.
Operator
In case of force majeure or severe weather conditions, the operator has the right to cancel the booking. If this happens, Sweetness Cruise will notify you, and you may reschedule or request a full refund (If you cancel your booking before being notified by Sweetness Cruise, you will not be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund). Daily trips may be subject to change without notice to ensure passenger safety.
Important Information Before Booking
Depending on sightseeing conditions, the itinerary may change without prior notice. Wi-Fi is available at the restaurant/bar area, but internet connectivity may be interrupted due to the bay’s geographical conditions. Thank you for your understanding.
– Departure from Halong: 11:00 – 11:30 AM. Location: Halong International Tourist Wharf, Quang Ninh. (Please arrange your own transportation to Halong – – International Tourist Wharf.)
– Departure from Hanoi: 07:45 – 08:15 AM. Pickup points: Hanoi Opera House – #1 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or hotels within the Old Quarter area.
– Please provide your hotel name and address.
– Arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes early.
– Shuttle buses are shared with other passengers, so delays may occur.
– No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
– The itinerary may change due to traffic/weather conditions.
– Additional fee for kayaking or paddle boating: 100,000 VND per person.
– Free for 1 child aged 0-1 if not occupying a separate seat.
– Two adults can bring one child aged 0-1; additional children require a ticket.
– Child age is calculated based on birth year.
– Parents share food/drinks with children aged 0-1.
– Please inform us of any food allergies or special requirements.
One buffet/set menu will be served when there are 30 or more guests.
– Menu may vary seasonally and based on ingredient availability.
– Gift vouchers are valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).
– You will receive a confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not receive confirmation, please contact our customer support team.
– Holiday surcharge: 100,000 VND per adult, 50,000 VND per child (applicable on 24, 25, 31/12/2024; 01, 28, 29, 30, 31/01/2025; 30/04/2025; 01, 02, 03, 04/05/2025; 30, 31/08/2025; 01, 02/09/2025).
– All surcharges must be paid in cash directly at the boat reception.
– Present your voucher on your mobile device.
– Vouchers are valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable).
– Pets are not allowed.
– Participants appearing intoxicated may be denied service, with no refunds.
– Please be responsible for your personal belongings. The operator is not responsible for any lost items during the trip.
– Do not feed or interact with marine animals/wildlife in ways that could harm the ecosystem.
– Pickup/drop-off surcharges may apply depending on the location.
– In case of force majeure or severe weather, the operator has the right to cancel bookings. If this occurs, Sweetness Cruise will notify you, and you may reschedule or request a full refund (If you cancel your booking before being notified by Sweetness Cruise, you will not be eligible for rescheduling or refund). – Daily trips may change without notice for safety reasons.
– If you have already boarded and used the service, including lunch on the boat and sightseeing in the bay, the entire cost will be charged without reduction. 100% of the transportation fee will be applied.
Promotional Prices and Offers
All discounted and promotional services are non-refundable and cannot be modified or changed. Generally, any unused services will not be refunded, including but not limited to meals, sightseeing tours, transportation, or any other services included in the tour price that the member does not utilize.
Confirmation Voucher
Passengers are advised to carefully review package details and the total amount before booking. The reservation confirmation will be provided to confirm payment completion and will be sent via email to the address provided. Please verify all information on the confirmation to ensure accuracy.
Responsibility and Insurance
We are not responsible for any loss, injury, damage, or delays caused by natural disasters, political actions, weather, or other causes beyond our control. Travel insurance and medical precautions are essential. We recommend purchasing travel insurance before your trip. Your insurance should include coverage for personal accidents, medical expenses, emergency repatriation, and personal liability.
What to Bring and What Not to Bring

Camera, selfie stick, or camcorder
2-3 bottles of fresh milk for a small child
Sunglasses, sunscreen, wide-brimmed hat
Swimsuit, goggles
Appropriate footwear for the sea and mountain terrain
Personal medications if needed - Not Allowed:
Alcohol, beverages, and other drinks
Animals or pets
Bulky items
Flammable liquids and materials
Items prohibited by law
Note: Bring only essentials, as space on shared vehicles and during the trip is limited. Proper preparation will enhance your comfort and ensure everyone has an enjoyable and smooth experience.
