| 11:00 – 11:30 | Arrival at Ha Long International Cruise Port. Guests gather at the waiting lounge before boarding the Sweetness Cruise. A welcome drink is served upon boarding. The cruise manager will give a safety briefing and introduce the itinerary as the cruise sails past thousands of limestone islands of this UNESCO World Heritage Site • Note: Plastic bottles are not allowed in the bay, according to bay management regulations |
| 11:30 – 13:00 | Buffet lunch is served at the onboard restaurant, featuring a wide selection of Asian and European dishes. A set menu will be served if there are fewer than 30 guests (Special food requests may incur additional charges) |
| 13:00 – 14:00 | Visit Sung Sot Cave(Surprise Cave), the largest and most famous cave in Ha Long Bay |
| 14:00 – 15:00 | Cruise continues to Luon Cave, one of the most unique caves in the bay. You may choose from the following activities.Kayaking (paddle yourself) or Bamboo boat (rowed by local guides) Please inform the cruise manager or guide of your selected activity |
| 15:00 – 16:00 | Visit Titop Island, where you can choose to Swim in the crystal-clear waters of the bay, hike to the top for a panoramic view of Ha Long Bay afterwards, return to the cruise for the journey back to the port |
| 16:00 – 17:00 | Enjoy free onboard services: Sunset Party with fresh fruit, enjoy music on the sundeck, jacuzzi. Capture moments with family and friends, and take free souvenir photos with the national flag from your destination |
| 17:00 – 17:30 | Cruise back to the harbor. Meet the car to transfer Hanoi for who book transfer service. |
| 20:00 – 20:30 | Arrive Hanoi, Tour is ended with Sweetness Cruise. |

PRIOR TO TRAVEL & DURING THE JOURNEY
- DEPARTURE FROM HA LONG: 11:00 AM. Location: Ha Long International Passenger Port, Quang Ninh.
- DEPARTURE FROM HANOI: 07:45 AM. Designated pickup point: Hanoi Opera House – 1 Trang Tien Street, Hoan Kiem, Hanoi or at a hotel in the Old Quarter of Hanoi.
- Don’t forget to bring personal items such as swimwear, goggles, sunglasses, hats or sandals, sunscreen, etc., if you wish to experience kayaking, swimming, or simply riding a bamboo boat to sightseeing in Ha Long Bay.
- And other personal items you may need like motion sickness tablets, anti-nausea, allergy medications…

- Shuttle buses are shared with many passengers, so delays may sometimes occur.
- No refunds for late arrivals or no-shows.
- The itinerary may change due to traffic/weather conditions.
- One free child from 0-1 year old if not occupying a separate seat.
- Children from 11 years old and above will be charged as adults.
- Two adults paying can bring one child aged 0-1 year old. Additional children will require a child’s ticket.
- Parents sharing food/drinks with children aged 0-1 year old.
- Children from 0-10 years old must be accompanied by paying adults.
- Child age is based on birth year.
- Please inform us of any food allergies or special requests.
- One buffet/set menu meal included. Buffet is available when group size reaches 30 guests or more.
- Menu may vary seasonally and depending on ingredient availability.
- You will receive confirmation within a few minutes. If you do not see any confirmation, please contact our customer support department.

- Participants appearing intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refund will be provided.

- In case of force majeure or adverse weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the booking. If this occurs, you may reschedule or request a full refund.
HOLIDAY SURCHARGE
VND 100,000 for adults and VND 50,000 for children:
- Lunar New Year (Tet) 4 days from January 30 to February 3, 2026.
- Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day (10/3) from April 5-7, 2025.
- Vietnamese National Day (2/9) from August 30-31, 2025 & September 1-2, 2025.
- Christmas & New Year from December 24-25, 31, 2025 & January 1, 2026.
- Weekends in June and July (Saturday & Sunday).
- Pickup/drop-off surcharges may apply depending on location.
- All surcharges must be paid in cash directly to the onboard reception.
